6. Bespoke Orders: Custom orders, made upon request, should arrive within 7-12 working days due to the bespoke nature of these items.
7. Delivery Address: All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you need to make changes, please email us at contact@candlewise.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order.

Return Policy:
- You may return unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
